Set in the quieter heart of Mallorca, Son Xotano offers a different way of experiencing the island — one shaped by stillness, space, and a more intimate sense of luxury. For this project, my photography and video work focused on translating that feeling: the calm of slow mornings, the warmth of stone and light, the sound of nature surrounding the property, and the understated beauty of a place where nothing feels rushed. Rather than simply documenting the hotel, I set out to capture what a stay there feels like. The images were created to evoke the rhythm of the days at Son Xotano — peaceful, grounded, and deeply connected to the landscape — while also suggesting the richness of Mallorca beyond the coast: a more serene, refined side of the island, where rest, culture, nature, and discovery exist in quiet balance.
